HGC levels very hi, but heavy bleeding and clots

Any help is appreciated. I am 44 Yr old. # failed IUI w/ good follies, no baby
Went to donor egg,
July 11 - Two fresh donor embies, 5 day transfer .
July 21 first PT , no physical symptoms, BFP and HGC 323!
July 22 spotting, and light bleeding
July 23 HGC 696, bleeding continues, passing clots.
july 24 (today) bleeding, passing clots continue, no cramping. This is heavier than a period.
I called my Dr. and she said to trust her, and I am going back to get HGC on July 27 (was going to have to wait a week, but she let me come in earlier).

I just lost my job, so I have too much time to freak about this.  I have no cramping, and no physical symptoms except being tired.  I have been on 8% Chrinone (progest) every morning, and estrace (1Mg) 2 pills both morning and night.

any chance that I am still preg?  I know i have to wait until Monday.  Is it true that some bleed throughout their pregnancy?

Many thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to respond.  I couldnt help but take a home PT this AM, and still reads +.  Not sure if that means that I am still preg, or if the HCG is still in my system.

I will get my blood results tomorrow, and be sure to share, for I now know just how all consuming and disturbing this can be.

Yes, I am taking my pre-natals, but forgot today, so thanks!

great site, if it could only put my life in fast-forward, it would be perfect :-)

Hi!
Not much to do except wait, and pray (if you like).  Your HCG levels are excellent.  It may simply be a subchorionic hemorrhage, in which case it may resolve.  Your best bet is to take it easy, relax as much as possible, take your medications as directed and follow instructions.  If you are taking prenatal vits (I hope so!) make sure they have iron in them.  If not, you may want to supplement--I like Slow Fe.
The good news is, if your HCG continues to rise as it has been doing, you'll be able to see something on ultrasound very soon.
Good luck!
