Hello,
I am 27 years of age, and am currently starting my second IVF. I have a great FSH level, no PCOS and all they have tld me is that I don't "ovulate well." My first IVF they got 11 eggs, 6 fertilized and I had two 4AB embryos transfered on day 5. It did not work. This time, I had 17 eggs, 14 were mature, but got sick after the retrieval. They ended up day five with 9 embryos, one with a perfect score 4AA, and like seven 4AB.  They are frozen and my doctor said Frozen transfer will have the same odds at fresh, plus my body has healed. My Frozen Embryo transfer is in three weeks. Should i be optomistic? I'm so nervous?

Hi!
Hey, I'm with BabyAnderson!  Some of the embryos will not survive the thaw.  Those that do should be pretty robust. Although there is definitely some correlation with the grading of the embryos and the rates of delivery, there are some great embryos that don't implant, and some mediocre ones that do.  It can't hurt to have a positive attitude!
Good luck!
