I honestly don't know of much that can be done to improve viscosity (thickness) unless it is caused by infection, and then antibiotics could help. I have read some good reports about Proxeed which can be purchased on line. Its something to try.
Also, IUI might just do the trick--Its really not painful, and usually not terribly expensive. I also have my couples try the natural way too on an IUI cycle. You are a good candidate for IUI since you are on clomid and presumably know just when you ovulate.

I just asked DH and he verified that the Urologist said 160 million. He also drinks a lot of water so I don't think that's the problem.
