ivf progesterone level

i am 7 weeks pregnant with a pergesterone level of 310. i am unsure to what that means. i am getting injections daily. waht exactly should my levels be at?

Hi!
We likethe number to be above 15, which yours certainly is!  I expect that your RE is going to continue progesterone supplementation through about 12 weeks.  That is typical.
At about 7 weeks the placenta kicks in and takes over progesterone production from the corpus luteum cyst which then regresses.  Most of the time the placenta is doing a great job by 12 weeks so there is no need for any more injections.
When I went through IVF, they didn't even check progesterone levels.  So, I think that as long as they are over 15 the REs are happy.  No need to worry about too high a level, although you can certainly ask your RE if you can reduce your dose.

That sounds like  a pretty high number, i too am at 7 weeks and I conceived thru IVF and when i had my BETA my progesterone was at 22  Have you heard the fetal heart beat yet??
