naturopathic drugs

Has anyone ever used chaste tree berry to enhance your cycle?  And what kind of effects have they had on you?  I have been taking a double dose of folic acid and chaste tree berry since Saturday, June 13th and I always feel warm like I am in my luteal phase.
And I have also been told by my doctor that I need to have an orgasm everytime I have sex.  How can I achieve this if I can't come with my husband?

i just started chaste tree berry this month-- a supplement called Fertility Blend. a friend of mine was on it both times she conceived successfully within 1-3 months. (she has also had 4 miscarriages, and was not on the chaste tree berry when those pregnancies were conceived.)

this one apparently *has* been scientifically studied:

i have tested as having low progesterone so we shall see how it goes! i am going to be having my hormone levels tested every month on day 19-21 of my cycle. (i ovulate around day 16-17.)

HI!
Chaste tree berry has been used for thousands of years by women for "female problems"of just about every kind.  It is supposed to help with PMS, with enhancing breast milk supply, with infertility, etc.
There is no scientific evidence that it really works, but it also doesn't seem to cause any harm.  I personally wouldn't spend a lot of money on it.
I'm not sure what your doctor meant by telling you that you had to have an orgasm every time you have intercourse.  It is uncommon for women to climax EVERY time, in fact a subtantial proportion of women never do. Whether or not a woman has an orgasm is not important for conception if that is your concern.  Those sperm can swim from the cervix to the fallopian tube (where fertilization occurs ) within 3 seconds, with or without help from the woman's uterine contractions ( female orgasm).
Naturally it is more FUN if you do have an orgasm, but it is not standing in your way.

Good luck!
