FSH & Clomid

I am 30 years old. My FSH level is 13.6. My AMH level is 2.12.

This past cycle i went on 50mg of clomid, days 3-7. I produced 3 follicles at 15mm each and 1 follicle at 10mm. I didn't go back for another sono right before ovulation so i'm not sure if they all grew.

I guess my question is... should i be worried about my levels? I do see a fertility specialist (RE) and he doesnt' seem too worried. But should i be?

Did i respond well to the clomid you think? before clomid, i only produced 1 follicle. Is there much success with clomid and high fsh or am i just wasting my time?

but given that i responded to the clomid, isn't that a good sign? the u/s was done on cd10, but i usually ovulate late- cd22.

yes my progesterone was checked last cycle (no clomid) and it was 11.5.

So what would you recommend? straight to IVF?

so are my chances really that low? Isn't age on my side?

Hi!
Your levels would be somewhat concerning to me, since they indicate that you would likely be a poor responder to medications.
Producing three follicle is good, but they should be about 20 mm by cycle day 13 or so.
I don't know what day your ultrasound was done, so not sure what it means.
Is your RE also checking progesterone levels after ovulation?
I assume you've had an hsg to be certain that your tubes are open?
Is your RE adding IUI and has your partner had a semen analysis done?
These are some things that should definitely be in the works.  With your levels, you don't want to waste any time!
Good luck!
