Hi!
It is true that a fallopian tube can pick up a follicle that was ovulated by the opposite side ovary. It is also possible to ovulate from the same ovary multiple times in a row.
The tubal reversal should not have much if any effect on your ovaries/hormone levels.
It may be that your OPKs are not working properly. One way to determine that is to have a progesterone level done on CD 21. Call your doctor!
Gobod luck!

Thanks so much for your response!! It eases my mind quite a bit! Also wanted to say that I got a TRUE positive this morning on my opk, cycle day 19!! Its a bit late, but my cycle is generally 32 days, so I guess that puts it right around the right time! Last month it just happened to be a 30 day cycle so I started getting positives around cd14 and my bbt chart confirmed O on CD 16. I just needed to practice a little more patience!! I have a dr. appointment today so i was planning on just asking her to allow me to have a requisition for my cd 26 progesterone (since I will probably O today and its supposed to be 7DPO test right) just to make sure my body is doing what its supposed to. But I assume everything is fine. Thanks again!
