multiple areas of pain in foot

I have pain in multiple areas of the foot. When one area heals almost immedietly another area swells. This make the time I'm unable to walk very long. The pain is on the top of foot, ball of foot, and the area just beneath the front of the ankle, and in both feet. There is pain between attacks. When walking pain will show up then after awhile disappear. There is pain in the ball of foot when I put weight on them or just push them against the wall when lying. There is also slight pain when inactive that shows up out nowhere. Ankle and heel seem fine. I have lost weight since, but I am still very obese. I now weigh 260, I used to weigh 335, and am 5''5', and 25 years old

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I would get a blood workup to rule out gout, arthropathies like RA, spondylitis, etc.
I also recommend getting an x-ray to rule out dislocations/fractures.
If everything checks out normal, consider getting orthotics and supportive shoes to help support your weight and pressures when applied to your feet.
