for about 2 years now i have been having pains in my neck and arm.
it started with my left arm being numb and i had to do alot of stretches to relieve me. then it continued to the neck. i usually have severe pains and constant headache. i have tried taking pain killers and gone for checks and scans, all relieves me for a while and then comes back when it wears off. what should i do.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
sometimes, diabetics get diffuse dark patches called hemosiderin deposits.  this occurs when there is swelling in the feet/legs.
if the patches are distinctive, get them checked by a podiatris/dermatologist to rule out skin diseases.
