It is very freeing to be yourself and to be honest about struggles or things of interest. Encouragement comes in many ways. I think some of us exhaust ourselves trying to do things our own way and ending up in places we would rather not be but it seems to take that sometimes before we are ready to listen. Freeing the mind (dumping some of the contents hopefully will be helpful in realizing whether something is worth retaining or re-directing, etc. , etc. Many possibilities :-)))))

dazon I just want to have a group that people could just release thier burdens, because we as christians are suppose to help each other with thier troubles with out judging each other , that one thing i don't want people to judge each other
