What is going on?

I am sitting at work and I am feeling so wierd. I have a constant stabbing headache and the light hurts my eyes, I am very light headed to the point where I feel like if I get up I could fall. And I feel nausea. I had a similar eisode this afternoon but I was shaking too. So I ate and I seem to feel better but i tried that again and it made it worse. I am not pregnant already elimainated that out of the equation but what else could it be?

I need advice because now I am stressing out and it is not helping my headache or my stomach.

Do you work with computers?  Also do you have migraines?

I had a similar type of headache last night.  I was tired, been on the computer for longer than I should have (didn't blink enough)....my eyes pained, head hurt really bad and I felt sick.  I ended up taking 4 acteminophen's (2 first....2 later) and even then it didn't totally take it away.

I took into consideration the way I was sitting too without taking a break (stretching....should know better to do it, but I didn't).

Today I am fine...although still tired...my fault for not sleeping more :-(((

I hope you can narrow it down.  You may need to see a doctor if it lasts.

Hoping you feel better real soon :-)
