my gb polyps are tiny and multiple with less than 4mm in size,  how do you define big and and small, is mine large enough for gb removal

Hi,
No, liver flush will not remove gallbladder polyps.
If the polyps are small they can be left as such. If they are big, gallbladder has to be removed.
