Rash after gallbladder out on Tuesday?

Hi,

I've uploaded an image of my abdomen. I had my gallbladder out Tuesday, but I didn't notice a rash on most of my abdomen until this morning. (The pain meds have made me out of it.) The rash isn't concentrated around the four incision sites, its just from about my belly button to my breasts in the front .

My discharge paperwork says I shoud contact my doctor if I have a rash, but the nurse I talked to today told me just to take some benadryl and take a shower. The rash remains.

Should I worry? Go to the ER?

Have you had these pain meds before? ... and without any allergic reactions? Also, there maybe some new antibiotics involved as well, or maybe the adhesive to some bandaging?. I would just be concerned that some allergic issues maybe in play here. If your medical team is aware and ok with it, then that's the best you can do. Off-hand, from just a simple observation (no data really), it seems like some type of irritation or allergy issue.
