Given the mildly enlarged spleen and ascites, your doctors will be alert for sure. Typically this indicates some major liver issues, but your data doesn't support this. Your portal vein is within normal range, nothing unusual with your biliary system and the imaging doesn't show anything really alarming. Cysts within your liver and kidneys are common and can usually just be watched. The additional liver lesion should be determined (probably by MRI) but without having a advanced liver disease or cirrhosis, they are almost always benign.
