need help
i am havinh stuff up nose,sneezing,and breathing problem and i dont know what to take i also have high blood
yea steam is a good idea with a towel over your head. vicks nasal spray? i dont know what you mean by you have high blood pressure? you've been diagnosed with high blood pressure? are you on medication, what is your bp, what do you want toknow about that? sounds like you have a cold, i would just take it easy for a while and get some over the counter stuff
take some steam first.. that would help your blocked nose and d breathing problem..
