What could be causing these crazy symptoms?

I have a cluster of really odd symptoms. They've been driving my to the breaking point and seem to cycle repeatedly over the last 2 years. The most recent I've experienced is my hair moves (without me touching it of course). It will fall out in short, black pieces that will curl to form a C (I have very long, straight, strawberry blonde hair). I've had long hairs fall out and curl up in a knot, and then seem to " unwind" slowly uncurling, sometimes bursting untill it is straight. I find this very strange. I can also feel a moving sensation on my scalp, especially in the shower, and my hair becomes unruly, with sections falling onto my face etc, abnormally. It is so tormenting that I've become fearful of showering to the point where my bp will actually rise in response to the thought. I also have swelling all over my body and a white or transparent powdery material that endlessly comes from my skinand seems to be corrosive as it stings my fingers if I mess with it and will cause a sore or hole where it comes out. Please help, I'm terrified and exhausted..

Well, that sounds like enough to drive you bonkers!  Something to get checked out is Morgellons.  It can cause these symptoms and especially that crawling feeling on your scalp.  If you could fin a naturopath doctor in your area, someone who practices homeopathic medicine, that would be best.  Traditional medical doctors aren't the best with this.  Something else that seems to help is to minimize or if you can, eliminate sugar.

So, that is a distinct possibility.  Let me know what you think!
