hello.i took my iron pill 4 hours after taking an extra strenght advil,it that ok?

It should be fine, I have not heard or read anywhere about bad reactions from doing that. If it makes you feel better, you can always ask your pharmacist.
That will be fine :) the Iron tablets should have any reaction with the Advil. altho i wouldnt make a habit of mixing tablets unless the pharmasist states it is ok.
It shouldn't interfere or be a problem that I know of. I take Ibupropin with iron all the time.
