How long have you had these sores?  Are they new?  Did they start with a bug bite?  Were you in the woods?  Are there spiders in your room?
I have lesions on my back and I use Gold Bond anti-itch lotion which helps with the itching.  However, I have been to at least 4 dermatologists before determining they can't do anything about them.
If you have spiders or mites, you need to get rid of them.  Mites can be killed with fabric softener sheets.  Yep.  Bounce, Snuggle or whatever brand.  You strip your bed down to the bare mattress and spread these all over your bed.  Let them sit for at least two hours - then remove them and throw them out.  Now, vacuum your mattress.  It will stink!  Dead mites smell so bad!!
Look around your window sills and the top of the windows to see if there are spiders.  If so, after killing them and removing the webs, spray the corners with Pledge or any waxy spray.  It will keep the spiders from webbing there again as their webs cannot hold on to the waxy or oily stuff.
You might try some warm salty water compresses on the bites to draw out the poison.

Wishing you the best

Vitamin E is really good for sensitive skin. You can get it in cream or oil and works great for me. Goodluck

Hello CharlieRoxxi,

Just read your comments. I would suggest making an appointment with
your family doctor. If for any reason you don't have a regular family
doctor, I would advise going to a walk in clinic and have a medical
doctor look at your skin sores. The doctor may or may not give you
a referral to a dermatologist as this is a skin issue or the doctor may
be able to help you without sending you to a dermatogist. I would say
the first step is making a doctor's appointment. I wish you well.  Eve
