Hello I agree with caregiver. It is most likely anemia, low or high blood pressure, or could possible be a blood sugar issue, even though you've eaten your pancreas may not be properly doing it's job. Also, is it possible you might be pregnant because pregnancy can cause this too? I Hope This Helps! Good Luck.
ok thankyou. this isnt the first time eiather this has happened it happened a few weeks back, but i actually fainted that time. i shall get to the doctor as soon as i can x
Generally, in females, such an episode is due to anemia, or a low red blood cell count. To "rule out" this possibility you need bloodwork.
Orthostatic vital signs would determine if you were dehydrated.
There is also the possibility of a neurological etiology, a yellow flag suggestive of seizure activity, although this is unlikely. If the blood work is normal, an MRI and MRA might be suggested.
Sometimes such an episode is due to vagal stimulation.
The best thing to do is to have a medical examination in an ER as soon as possible after such an episode.
