LUMP UNDER SKIN NEXT TO EAR

hi i have this hard lump under mt skin next to my ear. It hasnt increased in size for the past 3 years and it isnt painful either. Its in between the back of my cheekbone and my ear. On the other sizs of my face next to my ear, they were some pimples so i popped them and they got really sore and i noticed that it started hurting underneath my skin. After the pimples went, there is a weird raised area ubder the skin. I think i got the first lump in the same way but im not really sure. Do you have ang idea what this could be? Is it dangerous?

Hello~Is it a hard lump or soft? Sometimes they can be"calcified nodules" these are not dangerous just annoying at times.

One note of warning, please do NOT pop the pimples, this can cause an infection and it can travel through your blood stream, I know someone who got cellulitis from doing that.

Its a hard lump. Also I'm trying not to pop any pimples but theyre so itchy and I only feel relieve when the pus comes out. Sorry for sounding so gross.
Also, it seems to swell up when I have a cold. Is it normal to get these next to your ear?
