Am I pregnant? If not what's going on...

Hi, I am 23 and have never missed a period. My periods when I was really stressed if anything always came early. Well, I am over 2 weeks late. The end of June was my last period I spotted for two days then stopped then light bleeding for a couple of days then stopped and then spotted again and have had nothing since then. I have had burning when I urinate, pressure in my lower stomach, heartburn for the past few days that won't go away, constipation for the past two months that for the past few days is better, cramping in my stomach and lower back. I have fibromyalgia and had a miscarriage in december of last year. All hpt and doctor pee tests came back negative. They thought I had cervical cancer and when they went in to check I lost the baby. I've been waking up shaking for no reason really nervous but not stressed. I don't know what is going on with me. Please help!! Before the miscarriage I took at least three or four hpt not including the doctors. I'm starting to get really scared.

Hi..
i am 30 year old and trying to get pregnant for last 7 months but with no positive result.. well i had visited my gyn after trying for 3 months and she told me i have no problem conceiving and it is taking its normal time... and i tried again but last month (july) i had consulted another gyn and she wrote me some test including HSG test my all test were normal including my HSG test... my both tubes are open though the test was very painful and i had bleeding for two days now i have missed my periods for 10 days and i am having cramping and stomach ache and pain in the lower area and some backache as well but on and off...it feels that i am going to have AF now but it doesn't happen... today i took the HPT but it came negative i was disappointed... my question to you is - IS IT NORMAL TO MISS / DELAYED THE PERIODS AFTER HSG TEST? also are there still any chances of me getting pregnant and what do i do to get pregnant?
please write me back...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI!
It is relatively common for women to miss a period occasionally.  Usually the reason is failure to ovulate, and that can happen for many reasons.  If you were my patient, I would repeat a blood test (hcg) and then give you a 5 day course of progesterone to see if it would start a period for you.  If you are NOT pregnant, a period would likely start, if you ARE pregnant the progesterone will either help support the pregnancy or do nothing at all.
I have found this solution to be very helpful for women in your circumstance.
Good luck!
