feel pregnant but urine tests disagree

My last menstrual cycle was may 13th. On june 15th I started spotting for 2-3 days nothing more than light brown to pink and back to brown spotting and only showed when I wiped. Over the weeks after that leading up to now my breasts have grown tender and my areolas appear larger, I've been feeling pains in my groin every now and then not painful but irritating at the most. I've felt a fluttering feeling on my lower abdomen which. I know isn't a baby moving but maybe gas or my uterus growing. I've beeb struggling with off and ob constipation since around my spotting and I've been exhausted to say the least. I did some dollar store tests and 2 doctors urine tests and they came out negative
Id be 7 weeks of I was pregnant I'm so confused help?   I'm very body cautious sorry lol

Your symptoms does not seem to be a pregnant. You can take a simple pregnancy test or you can wait for the nest period. If it occurs naturally, then you are not pregnant at all!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that, unfortunately, you are almost certainly NOT pregnant.  Often, PMS symptoms can mimic pregnancy very closely especially when the period is delayed for some reason.  I would advise waiting for your July cycle to see if you will have a normal period, and if not, I would prescribe progesterone to start your cycles for you again.  Just because you are not pregnant now doesn't mean you won't be!
Good luck!
