Hello,
You need to follow up with the physician or physicians who have evaluated you for secondary amenorrhea. When you say you have had all tests I assume you have had your thyroid hormone and prolactin evaluated and head imaged for the possibility of CNS (central nervous system) tumor. The one suspicious aspect of the ultrasound you report is the presence of many small follicles in the ovary. This raises the concern for polycystic ovarian syndrome. Also associated with this syndrome is anovulation (not ovulating and therefore not menstruating) and hyperandrogenism. The good news is that you do bleed when on OCPs (the pill). If and when you decide you want to try to become pregnant you may need assistance to facilitate ovulation. You should discuss these issues with your ob/gyn.
Best regards,
