Is this ARS Symptom?

Hallo Doctor, how do you do.
I'm 27 years old asian male....and my english is not really good, I hope you still understand....

At 1 October i had sexual intercourse with a male, I'm the receptive/bottom during that we used condom (later i noticed that he use vaseline as lubricant but the condom didn't break) .He penetrated for 3-4 minute then he stopped because i felt pain, then he ejaculate outside. Before he penetrate he did oral sex to me  without condom, I was a receptive, i didn't ejaculate.(there was a little fungus irritation at my pubic area near penis)
Around 5 October i took antibiotic (amoxilin), and several medicine  prescribed by doctor because my allergic problem.
Two weeks after sexual intercourse (16 october) , i feel nausea (one time vomit), a little stomache, sore throat, headache and a mild fever (just one night). Sore throat and nauseus still remain several days later...around 18 October, I had rash on both of my hand (palm)...... ( I still took my medicine for my allergic problem)

Is this ARS symptom? I would like to take a test after 6 week after all.
Note: two years ago i did a high risk anal sex as receptive, and the partner was ejaculate inside my anus....but i was tested negative at 6 month and 1 year.
Thanks a lot for your respons.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our HIV forum.
Your sexual encounter was safe from the point of HIV risk.  You used a condom for anal penetration and this remained intact and in place.  Therefore no risk.  Receiving oral sex does not involve any risk form the point of HIV.  Therefore no need to be concerned.  Your symptoms have nothing to do with acute HIV sero-conversion.
It is a good idea to have the HIV test, even though it is not necessary, apart from for your peace of mind.  However I would advice you to be tested for other STDs such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Syphilis, infections that can be contracted very easily through oral sex.
Best wishes,
Dr José
