HIV risk assessment please

Hello Doctor, here is my case. Can you please make a risk-assessment?

Jun 2007: HIV test for official purposes: Negative

1. Nov 2007: Visit to massage parlor: Lying naked on table; legitimate massage for my knee Tendonitis (not erotic)
2. Nov 2007: Visit to massage parlor: Lying naked on table; hand job + wash-cloth wipe of penis
3. Nov 2007: Visit to massage parlor: Lying naked on table; hand job

4. Apr 2008: Visit to strip club: Masturbating with stripper's shoe with my underwear on. Part of the penis exposed but no contact.
5. Aug 2008: Visit to massage parlor: Lying naked on table; Licked boobs of masseuse; masseuse putting her naked-finger in my rectum. I retracted it immediately. I have haemmorhoids and sometimes bleed from my rectum when I go to the toilet.

Sept-Oct 2007: Several sinus-related light headaches that come and go. One headache in Sept-Oct 2007 was particularly bad and my eyes were sensitive to light.
Sept-Oct 2008: Several sinus-related light headaches that come and go.
Nov 2008: I have developed dry-cough, mucous and had light fever for a day. Dry-cough persisted for about 2 weeks.

NO NEEDLES, NO VAGINAL SEX, NO ANAL SEX, NO ORAL SEX
(except that on incident-5 the masseuse put her finger-nail and a small-part of her finger in my rectum; I immediately asked her to remove it)

Also, I live in Sacramento, California. incidents-1,2,3,5 were with women 20-35 years.
Incident-4 was in London, England with a woman about 20 years.

My questions:
A. Can you please make an assessment on my HIV risk considering all of the above?
B. It has been exactly 13 weeks since my last massage parlor visit (which I want to make my very last). Should I get a HIV-1/2 test done?

Thank you for reading through and being patient with me. Im really anxious with mouth drying and loss of apetite. Please help!

Please, stop withthe "what ifs".  They do not change my opinion.  Ifmy advice does not help. I suggest you get an HIV test for your own peace of mind.  It will be negative.  EWH

My thoughts specifically....
-What is the masseuse who put her finger in my rectum had a cut in her finger?
-What is one of the masseuse had an open wound on her hand and touched an open-pimple on my shoulders or back with it?
-Was there un-dried sperm on the sheets before I slept naked there?

Thanks again and sorry for the persistent nagging posts.

Your are at NO RISK from any of the exposures you describe.  Mutual masturbation, licking a woman's breasts and having a finger inserted in your rectum would not transmit HIV. You do not need to be concerned and do not need testing.  Zero risk!  EWH

I just want to make it clear- I did NOT have vaginal/anal/oral sex protected or unprotected.

My question is based on::
1. Lying naked on the massage table multiple times and pre-*** on sheets many time.
2. Licking boobs of masseuse (she was not lactating as far as I could tell)
3. Masseuse putting her finger nail and a part of her finger in my rectum for a short-while.
4. Just a freak-chance of me contracting HIV!

Thanks again.
