Weed and testing

Hello if you read some of my other posts you will see im in a dyre sitch at the moment

Im waiting results of a 62 day duo test (again i know)

Can anyone tell me if smoking weed can effect your immune system significantly enough to effect test results ?

All symptoms have gone apart from sore throat and neck glands swollen .,
Now started eating properly again !
Still slight uti thats lingering

Please dont ignore me grrrrrrrrrrrr

I have my own business and a family too look after and my mental state is effecting this greatly
If this 8.5 week duo is negative i think im on the home front but no one including every doctor cant explain my symptoms..

People seem to avoid me like the plague on here i dont know if ive upset anyone if so im sorry..

Need some advice thats it !! :)
