keeping thinking to much

Hey just can't stop thinking "what if " I have had a hard time last 7 weeks dealing with me finding a tiny hole in condom which every one on here says if it was there before  are developed during condom would have broke plus I got my own theory that a tiny piece of the wrapper caused it  when I put condom in box to dispose of and got nervous went to check condom and the piece of wrapper was in the condom it was kinda sharp anyway now I have tested out to 6 weeks All negative. I have had sex with her again but condom was good no holes that's 100 percent effect right? Also we kissed and I did taste little bit of blood I got bad gums it could of been mine but if it was her I have read its still no risk? And same with frottage I had boxers she had her underwear on just dry humping no penetration still have read no risk but my freaking head keeps telling me a bunch of stuff can anyone help me to easy my mind

Then you have to apply some logic to your thinking. Do you worry about a bus hitting your car or when you walk? How about a UFO taking you to another planet? Of course you dont because you know its not goin gto happen. Just apply the same logic hear. Its not your first time, so why the worry now?

Well your questions have all been answered in your threads and all your doing is asking them all over again. I can only say the advise you have been given is correct and you really stop with the paranoia and deal with the facts.

If you was at any risk, you most certainly would have been told chap.
