Hello,It has been 1 week to what i feel was a exposure from a lap dance.(I had been to a strip club where i had 8 lap dances from 3 different strippers)one of the stripper bit me on the ear, i dint find any signs of blood or so. Im really worried about be ing infected by HIV/STD. also there was heavy rubbing of her genitals against my pants, i was totally clothed. is there any chance of Virus penetratation through cloth. I'm pretty sure i ejaculated while the intensive rubbing.

I'm totally freeking out, all the people i have spoken say "no risk but theoratically because of the bite there can be a risk".

just 2 days after the exposure i felt some fever. after that i lost my appetite and have lost almost 5-6 lbs within thhis week.

Plz help me out guys.

i suffer from similar anxiety too and i'm still suffering from it with an incident that took place 3 months ago. i've not had suicidal thoughts but i feel that sooner or later i might go crazy. is there anyone here to help out?

HIV is a very fragile virus that can only be transmitted under perfect conditions that are only found INSIDE the body. It is not infectious in saliva, which has over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that inhibit the virus. If it could be transmitted through a lap dance it would not be classified as a sexually transmitted disease and would be hundreds of times more prevalent- the human race would most likely have been wiped out when it emerged in the '80's.

Most likely you are feeling guilt over having gone to a strip club and are conflating this with HIV risk. If you are feeling suicidal I urge you to speak with a mental health professional ASAP. Well if you doing engineering, then you must have a brain then ( well i have when i did engineering lol ). So Aluminium has a melting point 660oC. Thats a simple fact, so if somone said they melted it at 100oC you know they are talking rubbish as its just not possible. science is  knowlage but more so fact. Its no different from what your saying here, quiet simple its not possible and the facts prove it.

Thanks a lot buddy, im a masters student in engineering. got loads of heat on me ..... cant concentrate on anything because of this. I still cant stop worrying about it. i feel i certianly acquired HIV from this as i certianly touched the tip of my penis. thanks a lot for your help, im still very confused and cant focus on anything. i just feel suicidal coz if things go wrong i have no way out of it. I have decided never to drink again and will never indulge in any such activities.

Yeah ok, scientific research and medical facts prove you not at risk as saliva is neither active or inactive as regards to HIV, in other terms it presents no risk or the whole world would have HIV via kissing.

Thanks for the reply, im very concerned about something else now which i mentioned in my comment above.

i just realized one more thing, and im going crazy about it. im almost crying now as i type. while getting lap dance i got my finger into her mouth once. after having the lap dance say after about 10 minutes i felt the urge to urinate and went to toilet but i cldnt. so i think i touched my uterthra also. im going crazy about this now. I have only one thought in my head now to find the  best way to commit suicide. I suspect this is a very high risk of HIV.

Find an AIDS Commitee/Charity in your region, call them. When HIV was the only thing on my mind I went to them and spoke to a consouller. They really help you understand the real reason why you are worried because scientifically it is impossible for you to have contracted HIV through a lapdance. The virus can't get through clothes or intact skin!

im really very sorry, for asking again .... every were it says that HIV can live for hours outside the body. dnt u think that thare was a big possiblity of HIV if present in the salive of stripper to easliy go in me when i touched the tip of my penis (i do remeber doing that). plz any scientific explaination will help

I really belive you need help now... but certainly not from HIV. Their is again NO CHANCE of HIV despite you adding the above. Its purile and pointless. Unless you had unprotected sex with her, you will not be at risk, end of buddy.

I dont know how simple it can me made to you, you didnt have sex, so no risk.
Go and get some mental help if your feeling like this, as HIV anxiety is not an issue for you.

Blimey you are in a tiss about nothing arnt you. Like all worried wells the only way to calm down is to use your brain to understand facts.

1, HIV will NOT ever be a risk from a lap dance, it cannot magicaly jump into your body with clothes on.

2. The bite, your so concerned about. Well unless you had a massive open wound, wear you went to hosptial to have your ear put back on, and unless she had blood pouring from her mouth like a vampire ( unless she was one, then you wont be able to sunbath again :) )
then their is no risk from this, its just the same as kissing somone with HIV, its a no risk issue.

So how to over come this, well its simple, its impossible to get HIV from what you did, its just simple facts of medical scientific research. Nothing you say will change this ever, nothing, no ifs buts or maybes - period its no risk.

If you have other issues which i suspect, then a councellor is certainly a person who is best qualifed in helping you get over them

Thanks a lot bloorguy, im still very stressed about it. cant sleep, i read all the symptom and imagine them happening to me. and if they dnt initially they somehow happen in a matter of time. the mere thought of waiting for 3 months makes freek out.

joggen u were also a wooried well, how did u come out of it, did u see any therapist. do u thiink i need one. does it actually work ?? I'm going insane ....

You really don't need to test over this. You were clothed the whole time! I'd say take a deep breath, update yourself on real risks (unprotected anal/vaginal sexually) and continue to have safe fun!

Thanks a lot for replying, i'm said that there isnt any risk. this was my first ever physical encounter with any person. im very stressed because of this. i was also drunk but still in my senses. are there any remote chances of aquiring any STD via the bite or via penetration thru my jeans.

i'm sorry im talking about a very low risk situation but i cant he;p but worry about this thing. plz gimme ur totally upfront opinion about it. waiting for 3 months to get tested is scaring the crap outta me, i have hardly slept the last week because of this. I wouldnt have worried so much if ut wasnt for the fever, and other mentioned symptoms. I do understand tht it may also be due to anxiety.

Plz tell me wether i need a test or if so i cant wait for 3 months, can a PCR at 1 month gimme accurate results

Not even a theoretical risk. You can't catch HIV from a lap dance.
