help needed....please
Hi everyone,
I am extremely stress and looking for some help.First of all apologies for long post.Please evaluate my conditions/symptoms with honest openions.
Incident one:-
Starting this january on attempt to celebrate a new year i had protected vaginal and oral sex(I used a condom and it did not slip or break).Soon after that incident i had various thoughts running in my head that i could be positive(It was my first sexual encounter)I went through the night mare everyday and was praying to god for forgiveness and for helping me from being HIV +ve.I have been having OCD for about 3-4 years for now.So i was having various irrational thoughts about being affected/transmisson of HIV.But all those thoughts were put to rest with 5 consecutive negative tests(4,8,12,14,17/weeks).Last test was exactly 120 days after exposure.All we advanced HIV duo test(test which tests both antigen & antobody)done at best hospitals where i live.I even had a immune system test after 70 days of exposure(IGI,IGM,etc).The docter said i have a normal/Healthy immune system.i am not a regular smoker/drinker and i dont do drugs and nor i dont take any serious medications like chemo/organ transplant.I was about to relax from these stressfull hiv phobia days and there happened another incident.
Incident two:-
As i told i had last test of 120 days after exposure from incident one.This test has triggered an another phobia.As i went in for my last hiv test(120 days test/5th hiv test at 17 th week)i was poked with syringe three times.The first & second time the nurse found the vein but unable to find the blood in my vein.The third time she was able to find the blood and draw the blood for the test.All the three times she used a new syringe(freshly wrapped from plastic covers in front of my eyes).But during the second time after taking the syringe out of my vein there was a blood popped out(only one drop)of the syringe punture mark.I told the nurse abt this.She immediately took a cotton from the table(the cotton which was used for me before inserting the second syringe in my vein,where she took some solution from the bottle and rubbed on my skin to find the vein)pressed on the syringe punture mark to stop the blood getting out of the mark.She holded for nearly 50 secs.
After this incident i was having all the ocd thoughts about this blood drawing procedure(which i usually have after all blood drawing incidents) doubting any chance of getting infected by that procedure.I Repeated the entire incident in my mind again & again and i find there is no fault.The nurse has done exactly what she needs to do.She followed the rules perfectly and this is the way that everyone in this world is drawing blood so far.
All was fine until a thought hitted my mind about the cotton ball.I did notice the usage of new syringe and the usage of the new cotton ball.But i did not notice the table(where i had my hand placed for drawing the blood).There
was this thought like what if there was blood from the previous user who had
drawn before me.What if he had splitted one/two drop of blood during that process in the table and it went unnoticed.And what if the nurse had not cleaned the table(in know they will clean after every user but suppose if they forgot to clean in my case)& kept the cotton ball(the ball which used on me for rubbing the solution before drawing blood) on that blood drop of the pervious user and used the same cotton ball on my syringe puncture mark where i had that one drop of blood pop up from the syringe puncture mark.I also noticed that there was only one minute(approx)between me and that previous user and we used the same table.This thought scared the hell out of me and i was realy stressed out.i thought i was free from that incident one but again this another incident took place.
So i again searched the internet about HIV transmisson via Cotton ball(i have not searched like this before)and could not found any evidence of it.I even asked my GP of this incident and he said there is no way this could happen.he said the solution they pour before taking blood on cotton ball kills all bacteria/viruses instantly.So i concluded that it was all my OCD thought and decided to move on with my life.
All was well but suddenly my world came upside down.Just 14 days from that blood drawing incident from cotton ball i came down with illness and there after till now i am at loss of words.(the ARS time frame matches exactly 2-4).
I cant belive what is happening to me.I was never realy ill for the last 4-5 years i remember.I am thinking about both Incident one & incident two now.But its extremely unlikely to get infected in both ways as i tested 120 after incident one(which was negative and i had normal/healthy immune system)and incident two(getting infected through a cotton wool during testing for HIV).But what causes these symptoms????I am really scared to hell now as i finally decided to post this and ask for some help.Below are the symptoms i faced/Facing till now explained clearly....

If protected vaginal and oral sex is all you did then you were never really exposed. If the head of your penis never came in contact wit her vaginal fluids then you should have nothing to worry about.
Plus oral sex is considered low risk without a condom with a condom I would assume no risk.

Day 15=It started with a Dry cough on after noon around 12 Pm(i had a feeling like some thing is tickling in the back of my throat and i had a strong urge to cough it up).It was there till i sleep(approx 10 Pm).i also drank half a bottle of cough(corex cough syrup)in order to stop the cough instantly.
Day 16=Woke up with same cough but this time the cough had turned productive.I was spitting out thick green/Yellow( i could not exactly figure out the colour)mucus from the cough.The productive cough had lasted the whole day.I was also have a heavy throat from morning 6 Am to evening 3 PM.I was having some pain while coughing but i can swallow soild/Liquid items without any pain.It was not exactly like a sore throat but some what similar to that.After 3 Pm there was no pain in coughing and throat became normal.Again i drank the remaining half of the cough syrup(corex cough syrup)to get rid of the cough early morning.But it did not help.From afternoon 1 pm i began to feel feverish and i was measuring the temperature the whole day.It was from 1 pm to night sleep(approx 10pm).The temperature was varying up and down from a minimum of 99.7 c to maximum 100.4 c.I was never feeling hot but was feeling chill when i kept my hands on neck/face.I was also sweating excess during this period.I went to my local GP that evening and had a injection.The GP gave me one Viral tablet and said this is not a allergic cold but a viral cold.I had that viral pill and doctors words scared the hell out of me.But the injection or that one viral tablet did not help me.
Day 17=I woke up in the morning and immediately measured my temperature and it was 97.5 c.But the productive cough was still there producing yellow/green mucus.But it has becomd thin from thick.It has become watery.
No sore throat.The productive cough was there whole day.Once again i felt like a low-grade/mild fever from after noon 1 pm to night 10 pm(approx).I again measured the temperature thought the course of afternoon and evening.I was varying up and down between a minimum of 98.7 c to maximum of 99.6 c.I again took the same viral tablet plus one more bacterial antibiotic pill in the night before sleep.Bit again it was no use.I again had chills & excessive sweating during the feverish phase.I also had some sneezing and runny/stuffy nose today which also produced yellow/green mucus.
Day 18=I woke up in the morning and measured the temperature again it was 98.3 c.The productive cough become more bad producing more green/yellow mucus.The sneezing and runny/stuffy nose also was bad producing more green/yellow mucus via nose.Again from afternoon 12 pm to night 10 pm(approx)i felt like a mild/low grade fever with excessive sweats and chills.As again i measured temperature thought the course of fever it was varying up and down from a minimum of 98.9 c to maximum of 99.9 c.I felt terrible and become more scared today after having tablets the illness is not getting better.So i decided to take a my regular coldtable which i used for taking allergic cold(i used to get regular allergic cold) which was Montek LC and took steam and went to bed.
Day 19=Morning i got up and mesured the temperature again it was 97.5 and i did not felt that feverish feeling today.i did not had that mild/low grade fever today.But yet i was measuring the temperature the whole day.It was ranging up and down from a minimum of 98.6 c to maximum of 99.4 c.i also did not have the sneezing runny/stuffy nose part today.(my regular cold tablet montek lc always help me with this.It immediately makes me recover from runny/stuffy sneezing nose from the allergic cold and i guess that helped here too)But I was still having productive cough with yellow/green mucus.One more things in noticed is i started to get wheezing.I could feel that wheezing sound when i breathe heavily.I also had reduction of chills and sweats today.
Day 20=No fever today(temp was ranging up and down from a minimum of 98.5 to maximum of 99.2)No chills,No sweating.But productive cough was still there producing yellow/green mucus along with wheezing sound when i breath.At morning my stool/motion was normal/thick.At 11.30 am today i had a watery diareah.after that the whole day i had a feeling like having diareah but i did not have it.It was not a forced diareah,it was manageable.Nothing like running to the toilet.I had some slight abdominal pain(very little)in the morning(before diareah)and some gas and burping sound(after diareah).I was drinking some excess hot/warm water yesterday.But i was realy freaked out now and left office that day applying leave in advance for the next 2 days.
Day 21=No fever(the temperature was withing normal range)No chills,No sweating.But productive cough was still there producing yellow/green mucus along with wheezing sound when i breath.Cough was a bit reduced today.Morning stool/motion was thick and fine.Again i had watery diareah at 9 am in the morning after that the whole day i had a feeling like having diareah but i did not have it.It was again not a forced diareah,it was manageable.I had some slight abdominal pain(very little)in the morning(before diareah)and some gas and burping sound(after diareah).I was again drinking some excess hot/warm water yesterday.I was very worried about this diareah part.
Day 22,23,24=No fever(the temperature was withing normal range)No chills,No sweating.Very little cough was there.The yellow/green mucus is gone but instead of that i was spitting some saliva mixed with white mucus along with the cough.But it was very little.I retured to office today but i was scared and worried what might come next.Morning stool/motion was fine today(it was a mixture of soft/thick mucus).No watery diareah.Very little wheezing was there.Yesterday i stopped drinking hot water and drank normal water.
These were all my symtoms so far ive had.I searched all these symptoms in internet all were relatind to HIV ARS.I am very scared and worried now.So far i have not had any kind of newly appeared rash or any kind of enlarged swollen nodes(as for as i looked in to my body).I cant help for this long post.I am sorry but i want to explain each and every part more clearly so thats any one of them can understand my situation/exposure/symptoms clearly to give me a honest openion.I not able to return to my normal life due to this issues.Please help me.
Is there any way i could have been infected from the incident one & incident two which i posted above?If not please tell me why?
Is the above symptoms indicate of acute hiv ars symptoms.?If not please tell me why?
