major anxiety

i am a male had vaginal intercourse with a female unprotected for about 2 minutes ,her status is unknown. 1 month after exposure i had a complete std panel and everything was negative including hiv. at about 11 and a half weeks after exposure i got severe diahreaa for about 1 week and a half , muscle pain, loss of weight(8 lbs), and a rash on my face and collar area on the 85th day(it lasted only hours,it was red and not raised). i got a oraquick advance blood hiv rapid test on the 86th day post exposure and it was negative. someone please help its been about 8 months since exposure and im freaking out still because weird tongue symptoms.please help , what do people think

You do not have oral leukoplakia. White patches in the mouth are very common and very few are OHL.

If you were infected from your vaginal sex exposure, your 86th day rapid test would have been positive. Since the test was negative, you could not have been infected. This is all that is relevant to determining your HIV status- everything else is irrelevant and misleading. Focus on your test results and stop looking for symptoms.

i have oral hairy leukoplakia which leads me to believe i am positive. there is a white patch towards the back of my tongue on both sides. im freaking out

Even if she was newly infected all your test show you aren't infected. Two good things here...1) you tested after a month which is a good indicator u aren't infected bc most ppl will test positive
by a month and esp by two weeks. 2) u tested out to 3months and u r still negative. So, u can rest assured that u r negative. Be happy & move on w life!

dude i did the same as you had sex without protecion dude i think ur fine its 8 months since exposure and neg ur good ur probably suffering from anxiety dude anyways theres a low chance of you having hiv beacase u didnt recieve no liquid its said that its a lower chance to get hiv from a female if ur a male! dude ur good go get testes again if u want an relax im worried in 2 weaks will be mine 3 months and am anxious !!

what if she was newly infected. they say its easier to get if the person is newly infected
