From the point of view of HIV infection, there is no risk from receiving oral sex. The risk is mainly for the person performing the oral sex, especially with ejaculation in the mouth. therefore there is no need for you to be tested.
However you did put yourself at risk of several STDs, including Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, NSU, herpes and syphilis.

Just to confirm for some closure for me. Today I tested negative for HIV which I understand is conclusive an covers me for any unprotected activity before 5 days ago. So in your opinion with regards to the other event I don't need testing for that. As it was only 6 days ago.
