Hi doctor. This may be a long post. Please bear with it.
In mid January, I had sex with a CSW. (oral and anal). Let me describe the exposure.
A. CSW put condom on me
B. Gave blowjob
C. After blowjob, I touched my penis (with the condom on). IT FELT FUNNY. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME USING A CONDOM. IT FELT AS THOUGH THERE WAS A HOLE AT THE SIDE (LEFT) OF THE CONDOM. BUT I WAS NOT REALLY BOTHERED.
D. I proceeded for anal. I inserted my penis into her *** and ejaculated immediately.
E. When I took out the penis, the condom was still on my penis.
F. I removed the condom, and my semen spilled onto the bed.
(1) My question is whether there was a hole at the side of the condom.
(2) It is possible for the CSW to have caused a tear when she opened the package or when she performed oral sex on me.
(3) Is it easy to tear condom.
(4) So, do they tear apart from the top or can it happen from the sides as well. I have read that when condoms break they tear apart.
(5) Do all torn condoms will have semen spill. Can we take that as long as semen did not spill, the condom did not break
(6) I took a rapid test. Abbhot determine HIV 1/2 at fourth week, sixth week, 12th week and finally at 15 weeks.
(7) I understand that false negative results are rare. My questions is what leads to a false negative results (besides the window period and human error)
(8) If an individual take the same test multiple times (does it eradicate false negative)? Or since the antibody did not react to the test (after the window period), it will never be able to detect.
(9) Am I 100 percent fine? Do I need an ELISA testing?
