risks involve and testing

Dear doctor,

I have been struggling with anxiety for the past two years. I had a traumatic experience. I have gone thru numerous and repeated tests for HIV STDS Hepatitis etc (more t han once in every possible interval). I have been in a commited relationship but have become paranoid over things since I began to research a lot. I have been safe since then one partner...

I recently met a girl(escort) I knew I didnt want to do anything so there was No Sex NO oral no kissing just a brief touching and hugging over clothes friendly...  but she accidentally hit my mouth with her fist. Her finger came in contact in my mouth and hit my tooth good thing I didnt bite down. I didnt see any wound on her finger nor did she complain of pain she checked her finger. I checked my lip and I saw a very small wound that didnt bleed but when I dabbed it with a towel there was a speck of blood. I even spat on the floor but no blood.The wound healed the next day and it didnt even hurt that night. I cant tje this do I need to worry Thank you
I beleieve I dont need to test everytime I think there is a risk or do I? Im geeting married the girl whom I love this year

A) AM I at risk for HIV or stds? ( blood to blood) very small chance
B) Do I need to test again I cant go thru this again I have been sake no risk
C) AM I just overly paranoid or crazy

LAST WEEK ,AFTER DRINKS I WENT TO ONE PROSTITUTE GIRL ROOM.FIRST TIME MY PENNIS  MISTAKLY TOUCH HER VERGINA FLUID.(WITHOUT CONDOM).IMMEDIATLY I CLEANED MY PENIS BY MY HAND.AFTER I WEAR CONDON AND FINISHED THE SEX.
NOW I AM IN TENSION IN DAY AND NIGHT ,ANY CHANCE OF HIV

You do not need any test at all whatosever.
And finally, yes, I would say that you are overreacting and possibly obsessing about nothing.  You need to forget about it and move on.  Otherwise I would certainly suggest that you get some psychological help.
