Dear Dr. Jose,
I'd really appreciate your answer here, please.
I had sex with a transgender 6.5 weeks ago where I penetrated her anally with a condom but when I withdrew my penis I didn't see my condom on! I ran several STDs tests and ruled out all the bacterial infections as far as my Dr said. I also ran "mainly" two HIV tests. The first one was at the 28 days mark and the other one was at 40 and a half days post exposure. Both tests were combo AG+AB tests. The results were negative. However, I still feel some symptoms and I don't know if they're related to the HIV issue. I have a lower back pain and it's right up the butt near to my left kidney, I suspect. When I approach that area to touch, I feel a considerably not a small lump in there which is movable. I also went to my GP and he diagnosed me with a baker's cyst on my left knee. By the way, these two problems were visible at the time I ran the 40 days test. My concern is, I don't know if that lump is a swollen lymph node and that the baker's cyst is also a swollen lymph node!
My question is;
1. Do you think these two issues "back pain+baker's cyst" are related to HIV?
2. I daily take a full spoon of honey and other natural immune boosters. Do you think consuming them would delay or hinder the process of creating Antigenes and/or Antibodies and thus not detected in my scheduled tests?
3. Suppose I have an "unknown" disease to me, such as "cancer", would that also hinder the process of creating AG and/or AB and thus not detected?
4. Do you think my results are conclusive and that I do not need further tests. Thus, I should seek medical help for these symptoms and not to relate them to HIV ?
Please, reply to me as soon as possible.
Kind regards
