"thanks dr for your reassurance,.i just would like to clarify a few points for my information. Would having a vaccination for hep b a few days before exposure increase transmission risk? If you had exposure and were then exposed to tb, which became active would this delay seroconversion? Last of all could acquiring hpv(warts)or a yeast infection cause similar symptoms to ars,if no what could i have had? "

Good Morning
I appreciate the concern regarding firstly the event and secondly the symptoms, but the simple fact is that you are HIV negative.
You may have difficulty accepting that but most definitely with the negative HIV tests you are certainly HIV negative.
A straightforward modern HIV antibody test done at 6 weeks post exposure will correctly identify more than 99% of cases of new HIV. A test done at 14 weeks will definitely include any remainders.
You are HIV negative.
