Oral Sex with Florida Escort

On 15 September I had protected intercourse with a sex worker in Florida, but she also preformed unprotected oral on me (no ejaculation during oral) and I licked along the side of her genital area (without entering it) and sucked on her clitorus.   Could I have contracted HIV from any of this?
I did not see any blood or sores on her and I did not have any on me.  I read brushing your teeth prior to oral could increase the risk of transmition, I did brush my teeth prior to and after.  I read that transmition through the tip of the penis during oral is one way of contracting HIV.   How long should I wait before getting tested and what are the odds that I could have contracted HIV?   Are there anything signs I should watch for?  I am very stressed out and feeling it physically.
Could some of what I am feeling be symptoms already (aches and pains, light stomach queeziness occassionally, chills one night, metal taste in mouth at day 5 and occassionally since, on 28th had pain in lower right ribs and right shoulder between blade and clavical with pain taking breaths and coughing increased when laying down, 30th and 1st coughed up chunk of blood in the morning and on 2nd coughed up 3 chunks).
Testing??  Should I wait until I hit the 4 week (25 day +) mark that I have seen in several articles or should I wait longer?
Please advise me on when I should go and, if possible, please advise me on the level of risk that I am at for the type of contact that I had.  I have seen mixed info:  oral is low risk, oral is very low risk, some I have even seen have argued/implied that there is no documentation showing evidence oral transimtion and therefore no risk... Last night I read on another site that for lesbians (I am male) that oral sex is a high risk??.
Please help me know what to do.  I am in a really bad way right now mentally.  Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your contribution to our forum.
In my experience, I can assure that your sexual encounter did not involve any real risk of HIV infection.  There is only a theoretical risk when performing oral sex and this is deemed to be very low.  In many years working in this field, I have never come across anybody becoming infected this way.  As far as I know lesbians are pretty safe! Therefore, please try to relax and not worry so much about it.  I would not worry about the symptoms as they are non-specific. Testing is not required, but if you need peace of mind, I would recommend that you wait until after 28 days and get a HIV Duo or Combo test.
Best wishes,
Dr José
