I am writting to you because i want a second opinion so that i can put this behind and mentally rest since i have been thinking about this for the las 11 days.
11 days ago i had sex with a csw. I used the condom they provide in the burdel, so i assume it is cheap quality. When the csw tried to pu thw condom on me, it didnt fit, so she put both hands inside it and streched it really hard to fit it in. We than had vaginal intercouse for about 10 minutes until i ejaculated. She removed the condom but i didnt check if it had a samll hole or break in it. I am really scared that she might have mad a small whole when she streched it (she had long nails). I know the condom didnt completly break since i would have notice it when she took it off me.

2. Is it posibble for a condom to get a small hole but not completly break since i wasnt very erect?
3. If the condom did have a get a small whole what are the chances of me getting hiv?
4. Would i put my girlfriend at risk if i have unprotected sex with her?

If the lady concerned was HIV positive - which of course we don't know - then your chances of acquiring HIV through totally unprotected vaginal penetration are around 1 in 1000 to 1 in 1200. Given that you are worried that there may have been a hole you can't see I think the chances of this are miniscule.
4. Would i put my girlfriend at risk if i have unprotected sex with her?
If you have been having sex with anyone outside your relationship and you are yourself concerned that you may have acquired something then I think you should avoid having unprotected sex with your girlfriend until you have been tested for all common STD's.
5. Should i test?
I do not believe you were at risk. You though do believe so and there is another person this might affect - so yes, you should test for all common STD's.

Doctor i want to update on my symptoms before you answer for the last time. I had throat pain for 3 days, extremly tired and sleepy for through out the day. I had some itchy bumps in my forearm but they have faded out and now i only have one which is much smaller. I have also experienced a lot of cough and for the las two days i have a lot of green mucos coming out when i cough or take a deep breath.
