After reading the description of the events, I am confident that you did not put yourself at risk of HIV infection, even if the other man was positive.
Kissing does not involve HIV risk at all whatosever, even in the presence of burns, as saliva does not carry the virus.
And as far as I can understand, there was no actual anal penetration, and therefore no risk to you, even if he ejaculated on your thighs, and it is extremely difficult to infect even if you had scratches or a fissure. You need to have penetration in order to be at risk. Therefore I would not deem any of these activities risky from the point of HIV infection and I would have never recommeded PEP in your case.

Thank you for ur reply but of lately i m feeling feverish with temp of 97.5 F, dry cough, headache, metallic taste in mouth and soreness in mouth. plz help i m scared
