my dad :/

Hi. My name is Samantha and I am 21 years old. I was 19 when. My dad adopted me and he has been an amazing father figure. He beat addiction to be able to have me be his daughter and though he has learning disabilities and slight anger problems, I still could not ask for a greater man to look up to as my dad. He has had HIV for 20 years of his life, but just told me recently. I'm scared and know some of the disease. He's been coughing up blood recently,,  and it terrifies me. He won't go to the hospital unless he has a temperature of 104 or more. What do I do? I don't want to lose my dad. He's my hero.
