Welcome to the forum.
Blood on the outside of a condom, or on the skin, does not increase HIV transmisssion risk. Even without a condom, having sex during a woman's menstrual period does not increse the chance of HIV transmission. Vaginal fluids contain just as much HIV as blood does. All the details about washing etc make no difference one way or the other.
Equally important, HIV is rare in escorts (expensive sex workers by appointment, like your partner) -- so it is unlikely your partner has HIV. And if she had it, she would have told you; people generally don't lie about HIV status when asked directly. Anyway, it sounds like she has her customers use condoms, which should keep her risk low.
So my advice is exactly as you state yourself: forget the incident and move on. Of course, all people who are sexually active outside mutually monogamous relationships should be tested for HIV and other STDs from time to time, even if they consistently follow safe sex practices. So if you haven't been tested recently, this would be a good time, when it's on your mind. But not because of this particular exposure.
I hope these comments are helpful. Best wishes and stay safe.

One last thing, I asked her whether she was on period. She said her period was over last week but it was some sort of birth control object stuck in her arm which makes her vagina release some blood.
One more thing, this morning I did trim my public area and lower stomach area. To my knowledge, none of those trimmed area were bleeding but would it change your opinion? Since, two to three drop of blood was spotted on my trimmed area of lower stomach. Just curious. Thanks
