WelcoMe to the forum. My advise is to mellow out and settle down. Your fears have no basis.
The chance a 19 year old woman in California would have HIV are near zero. If she had it, the chance of transmission following 10'episodes of unprotecte vaginal sex are under 1 in a couple hundred. And the reliability of a negative DUO test at 25-26 days is probably close to100%. There is nothing magic about 28 days.
It is exceedingly unlikely you caught HIV. If I were in your situation, I wouldn't have even been tested for HIV, and I would continue unprotected sex with my wife with no fear of infecting her. Since you're concerned, however, have another test after 28 days. You can expect it to remain negative.
But please also get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Your risk for theses STDs is far higher than for HIV. Feel free to return with a comment to report the results of any additional tests you have. But since speculation is pointless, I won't have any further comments or advice until then.

Her status is unknown btw.
Also 2 weeks after I had a really sore throat. No fever or rash though. ARS???
1.Sore throat alone cannot be ARS right?
2. Only the last instance of sex was before the 4 week mark. Given this plus my negative result should I just drop it? I don't want to be one of those people who gets 10 HIV tests and still cannot believe it.
(ill shut up after this.)
Test results rule. If your sore throat had been due to HIV, your blood test would have been positive.
You can safely drop it.
6 weeks negative antibody!! Can I consider this conclusive?
Yes.
That will end this thread. You shouldn't need any more reassurance about it. Take care and stay safe.
Thanx doctor. If I experience anymore anxiety on the situation I will contact a mental health professional. As this is where any further issue should be treated.
