Relax. It is very unlikely you have HIV. Judging both from the tone of this question and your discussion on the HIV community forum, you are letting your fears run away with you. Try to think objectively.
First, most people don't lie about HIV status. Therefore, it is very unlikely your former drug-using partner has HIV. Second, when a woman has HIV, the average risk of transmission to a male partner through vaginal sex is around 1 for every 2,000 exposures. So even if she was lying, the odds are strongly in your favor. Third, even among street-walking CSWs, a "high" rate of HIV typically means a few percent are infected. Although I am unfamiliar with HIV epidemiology in Zurich, I would be surprised if more than 5% of such persons has HIV. Fourth, your symptoms really don't sound like those of acute HIV infection, regardless of what you think you have learned by online searching. You don't mention fever -- and that alone is strong evidence, since fever almost always is present in acute HIV infection.
Finally and most important, with modern HIV tests, well over 90% of newly infected people would have positive antibody tests. Considering the statistical probabilities at each of those steps, I calculate the chance you caught HIV on December 30 at no more than 1 in a million -- that is, zero for all practical purposes.
On this forum we do not examine photographs of skin lesions. But white spots on the tongue or tonsils are very common with a large number of illnesses, most of them not at all serious. A simple cold virus can do it.
If you are having symptoms that concern you, see a health care provider about them. But don't worry about HIV. Almost certainly it isn't the problem.

Calm down. You are overreacting. I told you that on this forum we do not examine posted photos. We give general medical perspectives about HIV risk; this is not a diagnostic service. Your negative HIV test result makes it almost impossible that HIV is the cause, and red spots with "white points: doesn't sound like an HIV rash anyway. See your health care provider about it.
That's all for this thread.
