What is my chance for negative HIV test?

I did the most stupid thing that I should never did. It was at the massage parlor the first time. I let the girl sucked my penis twice without condom (less than 30 seconds each). Then I had the condom for the intercourse. Because the nervous and alcohol effects, my penis was not so hard at the time, so I think the condom was not broke. After all, no bath to wash, I used wet paper towels to rub my penis, then washed with soap and water at my hotel room about 5-10 minutes later. No open cut nor bruises on my penis. I don't know if she has open wound in her mouth or not.
1/ What my risk of HIV infection should be in the worse case scenario, the girl was HIV positive? Please tell me the best statistic available!
2/ I am planning to take the test, what test should I take and when? I wish that I have the test as soon as possible.
3/ I am a father of two and my wife does not work. Will I be laid off if hiv positive?

Please response to me as soon as you can. I am on business travel and could not sleep nor work!
The anxiety is killing me day-by-day while I am waiting for the window period to take the HIV test. In the last 48 hours, I could not eat or sleep well. I just browse all over the internet to look for the answer. Your advise is really important to me.

Thank you very much, Doctor, for your advises and recommendations. I'll try my best to control my anxiety.
I also want to thanks all that reasured me that I will not have problems.
I also want to share my lession learn, "Think twice before doing, and think all the consequenses for the action you are going to take".
In my experience, when I was in the "high", I did think about HIV and my wife, but the though that using condom should be OK that made me ignored the fear. Just right after the event, I immediately worry about all the consequenses. Then I tried to get back to the hotel as fast as I can to take the shower and wash, and blamed myself for not thinking right.
Any way, the event happened in Guam and I am still in Guam for another week. I am not enjoy the beauty of Guam any more. I just want to come home as soon as I can.
Thanks all and best wishes to you.

There will be one comment in response to your questions.

Briefly, the ONLY exposure of concern that you have had was brief receipt of unprotected oral sex.  With such and exposure you are at very, very low risk for most STDs, including HIV.  Let's work through things one-by-one:

1.  Most massage workers/commercial sex workers don't have STDs (or HIV), thus the odds are in your favor that you were not exposed.
2.  Infection does not occur with most exposures even with infected partners.
3.  Oral sex is an "inefficient" way to transmit STDs.  Most are not transmitted this way.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you would have most likely developed symptoms of urethritis (penile infection).  YOU can be tested for bacterial STDs at any time more than 3 days beyond your exposure and be confident of the results.
4.  The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high; many experts feel there is no risk from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.  This includes by all of the people who had mouth sores, gum disease, etc.
5.  STDs are not transmitted through non penetrative sex including masturbation.  There is no risk from this activity.
6.  You can seek evaluation and diagnosis from a sexually transmitted diseases clinic.  They are available worldwide.  In some places they are called sexual health clinics, in others genitourinary medicine clinics and in North America, STD Clinics.
7.  Testing for HIV is based on formation of antibodies in response to infection.  This can take time.  In your case, a negative test at any time 6 weeks or more after your exposure will provide clear information that you did not get HIV from the low risk exposure you describe.

Now for my recommendations:
1.  Your STD risk is tiny.  You need to be tested only to prove to yourself that you did not get an STD.  Get tested for bacterial STDs once 3 or more dyas after your exposure.  When your tests are negative, forget about STDs.
2.  Get tested for HIV once, six weeks after the exposure.  In your case, the results will be definitive and further testing will statistically add nothing to rule out HIV.  You will no thave HIV.
3.  Stop looking at the internet.  It is full of misinformation and will only increase your anxiety.
4.  Your biggest problem is anxiety and guilt over your exposure.  You need to figure out how to get it.  You may need professional help.

I can't tell you exactly but I think you shouldn't be having any STD after this lick-a-**** venture.  How may days before did you shag a sheila? If you haven't noticed anything unusual (pinching in penis, pain during/after urination, any discharge, any genital warts) after 2-3 weeks , you are certainly not infected with any other STD (of course there is no question of HIV either).  Just  put off your worries and live a normal life.  You have already learnt your lesson. Your HIV and other STD tests would undoubtedly be negative.

Dont worry, you are not infected with HIV and most probably with any other STD.  Your encounter seems to be very brief.  I dont know about other STDs but take my words that you are not infected with HIV.  FOR SURE.

Oh, man. I never educate myself about those STDs. I though condom is only needed for the intercourse to prevent those STDs. Now I learned. I don't know how to express my feeling to my wife and children. It is so shameful, disrespective, etc. This is my first and also my last encounter with women other than my wife...I am really broken down now.

Dear Doctor,
Could you advise me what MD specialist I should look for? My health insurance lists the specialty area of the specialist, but I don't know which is which. For example, pediatric is for children health, Gyn is for women health. Which one for STDs, HIV?
Thanks

Thanks for thanks!
I suppose Doctor will say that oral sex is safe. Also i think that you have to do other STD tests  - oral sex is conidered safe of HIV, but it's' really dangerous of other STDs like chlamydia, syphilis, etc.

Thanks for your response. However, my fear was the part that unprotected oral sex and hand-job for a brief period prior to the underscourse. I totally lost my mind when I came into that massage parlor. Then, I was really stupid not to wear the condom at the begining for believing that oral sex and hand job are safe.

Relax a little. Let me quess - Dr. will say that protected sex = no risk. Also he will say that test is 95% reliable on 6th week after exposure and 100% on 12th week.
I was in a similar situation about 10 weeks ago and my 5, 6 and 8-weeks test are NEG, but i got chlamydia from that exposure w/o condom broke.

Sorry, Dr. for my OFFtop. I saw pvht was afraid and wrote this post.
Also i wanna say i'm sorry for my English.
