please help me to assess the risk

Hi Dr
First of all, English is not my mother language, so I wish I can describe all the things correctly.
One week ago, I had sex with an escort which was my first time. I used the condom that was offered by her.
I didn't know the type of the condom and the quality.( I am from Sweden and she said she came from Slovakia.)
I saw she took the condom from a new package and she used her mouth to put it on my penis. She gave me a little oral sex, But I stopped her quite soon then we had a virginal intercourse.  I was on the top. I got come after a couple of minutes then I pulled it out. I didn't see any broken on the condom but also I didn't know if there were some tiny broken of it.
First I planed to get the condom off by myself . so I touched the condom which has her body fluid. But she stopped me and used some paper to get the condom away. and she also gave me some tissues to let me clean my penis. Then I used soap to clean my hand. After that i went back home to have a shower about 40 minutes later.
I stared to get worried after I went home.I tried to remember if there are some thing can put me at risk.
my concerning is that I have tinea cruris at my thigh, will this cause trouble?i also worry about that condom, here mentions a lot that latex condom can prevent Hiv, but I dont know what type the condom i have used. will it be big difference?
I also have a question is that except Hiv, is it possible that I got any other STDs such as herpes?  I don't have any symptom this week, if it is okay for the first two weeks, can i feel release about the other STDs. How big risk that I will get STDs.

If I need to check what should I check and at what time pint.
Thanks for the Dr and I am regret what I have done and I feel that I am sex addicted, maybe I need to visit some psychology but i will never have sex with escort it feels like so bad every day.

Welcome to our Forum.  I will try to help and to provide some reassurance. This was a no risk exposure for HIV and very, very low risk for all other STDs.  Condom protected sex is safe sex and will prevent any risk for HIV.  You do not need to worry that your condom may have failed since when condoms fail, they break wide open leaving no doubt that they have broken. Thus, if your condom was going to fail, you would be able to see it.

STDs, including HIV are not transmitted by touching genital secretions so the removal process of the condom did not put you at risk either.

The fact is, it is unlikely that your partner had HIV or any STD- most commercial sex workers do not and, even if your partner did, most exposures to infected partners do not lead to transmission of infection.  I would not worry.

My advice- do not worry.  know that the condom provided good protection for you. There is no need for testing of any sort unless you develop genital signs or symptoms of an infection such as sored or a penile discharge.

I hope my comments are helpful to you. EWH

Hi Dr
Thanks for your answer. I had diarrhea after that day. I know this sounds too fast , but this time the diarrhea lasts untill now which is very uncommon for me. Is this any symptom for some STDs?

another question is that I have a question related with Jock itch in my post, will this enhance my chance to get STDs?

you also mentioned that I have very very low risk for other STDs, does this mean i will be almost hundred percent sure that can not be infected by Other STDs or I still need to be careful about my body?

Can I start to have normal sex with my wife again? do I still have chance to give her some STDs if we dont use condom?

No, as you point out, your diarrhea has occurred to soon to be a manifestation of any STD, including HIV.

As I said, you should not worry about other STDs- please do not ask me to repeat myself.

There is no reason related to the events you decribe to abstain from sex with your wife.  EWH

Hi doctor I know this is a bit annoying to ask you again and again.
But still want to know that if there is no symptom after 6 weeks,
can I be 100% sure that I will not have any kind of STD and
I don't need to do a test at clinic?
