Deployment ends

Just to refresh you on what my HRE was. I was the guy that had sex with an EAST African sex worker in Dubai. Which may have been UNPROTECTED.
I am at week 11 now still going nuts I have had these tests and symptoms
Just to refresh your memory on the tests and symptoms.
2 weeks had a sore throat and dry cough. Most people at my work had a cold with a sore throat.
4 weeks later had a HIV test I think it was only a gen 3 test though as it had no P24 test with it all NEG
5 weeks later had a gen 4 test done all NEG. I also had a proviral DNA PCR HIV test NEG as well.
6 weeks gen 4 HIV TEST ALL NEG
7 weeks Swollen lympnode glands in groin (a week before they swelled up I had a pimple looking thing just under my foreskin under the head of my penis , sore throat again and sores in lip of mouth and lump on inside of right check.
8 weeks gen 4 HIV test NEG
After these test you told me I would be ok. but because I am in Dubai I am just worried about the standard and the test I am doing if they are really fourth generation test like they tell me.
I have all so had a test at week 10.Still freaking out because my groin glands are still swallon.
my questions are
1. is a HIV 1 & 2 + p24ag by MEIA a fourth gen test?
2. How long have fourth genaration test been around for?
3. some people tell me 6, 12, weeks conclusive and even 6 months?
4. I finish my deployment in 30 days I have had penicillin and doxycycline will this kill all other STI if I had them 6 days of penicillin and doxy twice aday for two weeks will take it for two more weeks just in case. I am only so worried as when I get home my wife will want to have sex straight away we have been together now for 10 years one son. i have never cheated or had sex with a pro before this was the 1st and last time. will I be able to safely have unprotected sex with her with out putting her at any risk?

Re-asking the same questions repeatedly on this forum and the HIV international forum will not change the answers, and you already have had definitive advice and resolution as well from the Melbourne sexual health clinic.  (Australia's network of SHCs is the best STD/HIV clinic system in the world, and the Melbourne and Sydney SHCs are the best of the best.  You can rely on their advice 100%).

I will add that few health workers in Dubai have HIV, so you really were not at risk anyway.  Enter Dubai into this forum's search window; you will find several discussions, including my description of email communications with the director of Dubai's main STD/HIV clinic.  And yes, they use state-of-the-art modern HIV test methods.  I will also add that test results always overrule exposure history and symptoms.  If testing is done sufficiently long after exposure, as yours was, there are no exceptions.

You need to accept the firm evidence you don't have HIV and restrain your inclination to keep asking yet another time.  Also note that MedHelp permits a maximum of 2 questions every 6 months on each of the professionally moderated forums.  Any more on this forum, and probably on the international forum, will be deleted without reply (and without refund of the posting fee).
