risk about getting infected of hiv

I am looking for your kind help with regards to my concerns on hiv infection.  I met a boy four  month ago, and we did not have anal sex and no body touch as well.  The only risk that comes to my mind is that he jerked off in front of me.  Lack of caution, my mouth was open and some semen (i would say, maybe two thirds) went into my mouth.  I spitted all and have gargle asap, but I am not sure if my oral situation is good at that time (eg. ulcers, abrasions and the like).  The last time is he jerked off in front of me, I closed my mouth and semen come to my face.  I washed the face with liquid soap asap.
These two incidents make feel quite worried and I book a test in the coming week. I counted everyday and searching for all possible information/ existing research outcome on line, with no significant answer.
I sincerely look for your kind suggestion and I thank you very much for your time and patience.

Dear Prof. Hook,
Thanks for your answer!

I took a test today, one quick test (I remember it reads OraQuick, use the finger stick, 20 min for results) and one traditional (I am not sure which type it is).  The quick test says negative, and I will get informed about the blood test result 10 days later.  I was wondering how reliable is the quick test? I got gradual relieved from worry and anxiety.
Since I hv two potential exposure,
1) 4 months ago, semen into mouth
2) 7 days ago, semen onto face, (acne skin with painful),
Do you think I need additional test to allow for the alleged "window period" for second exposure?

Once again thanks for your generous advice, time and patience.  You are really a researcher and an educator for public health and disease control.

Best regards,

Dear doctor, one quick question apart from the vigorous explanation.  if there are some acnes on skin (which is a little painful), will this affect your conclusion?  apologize for my times inquiries.

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment.  There is no risk for HIV for the exposure you describe.  You do not say much about your partner but in general, the likelihood that he has HIV is very very low.  Even if he did had HIV however, there is still no risk for HIV, either from having gotten his ejaculate in your mouth or on the surface if your skin.  HIV is spread in adults only through penetrative genital or ano-genital sex or injection of infected material deep into tissue.  Whether or not you have mouth sores or dental disease has no effect- still no risk.  There is no reason for concern or even for testing.

I see you asked the same question of our colleagues on the International Forum.  I am confident you will get a similar answer from them.  EWH
