HIV worried

I had unprotected oral sex twice with licking my Scrotum with the same escort "she performed on me" October 2012 , and also protected sex with another escort in London 2012 December, then I became really really worried about  HIV because it was the first time in my life to have sex,  I had many HIV tests:

-Duo test at 5 weeks from the protected sex
-Duo test at 8 and a half weeks,
-INSTI test at almost 3 months.
-INSTI test at 4 months " TWICE"
-(Antibody and Antigen HIV test) at almost 6 months,
-Duo test at 10 months,
-Duo at 10 months and a half
I also had full STD screen and all the results came back negative.

I am still worried Doctor, I feel sometime that my body did not produce Antibodies for HIV1 or HIV2 if I were infected or I have what called (late seroconversion) , I feel that I might be special not like normal people and others.

Please Doctors you are knowledgeable and know more about HIV and std's. And these are my only exposures I had in my life. And I used to go to a massage shops as well and have handjob, body to body massage, kissing mouth to mouth and sucking their nipples and sometimes I touch their Vagina and one time I remember I inserted my finger in one women's vagina in that massage shop. And also I remember one time she was licking my ear and there was a lesion in my ear.

Please Doctor advise me.

You must be patient.  The site is not manned 24/7.

No, the antibodies already present in your blood would not effect your tests.  You donot have HIV

This will be my final comment.  I have nothign more to say. Further questions will be deleted without comment.  EWH

Many thanks Doctor,

Final question please,

As you know everybody's blood have millions of Antibodies for I think hundreds of deferent viruses ( some are normal and some are not)

I done full STD's tests, including syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and C, HSV test and some others.

Dont you think these millions of antibodies of different viruses could affect the tests and get confused by other Antibodies and gives false results?

Many thanks Doctor Hook,

Perhaps you missed what I said- "Please do not worry.  Things that you may have seen on the internet about "rare strains" of HIV and  "delayed seroconversion" are simply not true and should be ignored."

As for HIV 1 and 2- the tests you had tested for both and provide conclusive results. There is no medical reason for you to worry.  EWH

Can I be completely confident that I do not have HIV1 and 2? *

Thank you Doctor Hook for the reply,

But is it possible that a person could have a "Delayed seroconversion"?

Can I completely confident that I do not have HIV1 and 2?

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment. Following first sexual encounters it is normal to be nervous about the possibility of STIs, including HIV.  In your case however, there is no risk for acquiring HIV from receipt of oral sex or having your genitals lick by a sex partner.  Further, it is statistically unlikely that your partner had HIV or any other STI.  Finally, you describe retesting and re-testing using highly reliable tests for HIV at times when if you were infected, the infection would be detected.  You are not infected and do not need to worry or test further.

Please do not worry.  Things that you may have seen on the internet about "rare strains" of HIV and  "delayed seroconversion" are simply not true and should be ignored.

I hope this comment is helpful to you.  EWH
