Estimado Doctor,

tuve una relaciónd e riesgo (creo). Me gustaría saber que tengo que hacer. Lo que pasa es que la otra persona introdujo su pene en mi ano (sin condón), al darme cuenta de esto lo saqué (no pasaron más de 10 segundos). Luego se puso condón y continuamos. ¿Qué tan alto es mi riesgo? ¿Me recomienda una prueba p24? ¿Dónde puedo realizarla en Ciudad de México? ¿Sabe?

¿I got an antibody and antigen test at 4 weeks (28 days) and an antibody at 6 weeks, are this tests a good sign?

you can get an antibody test at 6 weeks...not much difference than taking the duo at 4

follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.

it is "unlikely" that 10 seconds of unprotected sex will result in infection...but i will not guarantee this.

a duo test at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6-8 weeks will give a very good indication of one's status.  it must be followed up at 3 months for a conclusive result.

i have no clue if the duo is offered in mexico city.
