HIV Risk...please help to answer

Hi Doctor,

I had been to a massage center before 3 months. Have done fingering to her and not sure if my fingered hand touched my pennis after that or while while washing my pennis with the hand ..

By fingering or if the Fingering hand touches my pennis, Is it a risk of HIV ?

I have experienced loose motions on one day after 6 weeks  and some rashes came on both hands and then went off in few days .

Please help to advise if these might be symptoms of HIV.
