Today after a long day at work in an office, co-workers using scissors, staplers etc, people sneezing&coughing inches away from me,shopping in a busy mall, walking past builders working, shop workers in supermarkets cutting open boxes of food with knives while walking inches past them, having dinner & watching the chef cutting up food while I was just inches away, standing inches away from friends while they are cutting up food with sharp knives, watching a soccer game among crowds of people so close people bumped into me. At times during the day people would wave their hands, fingers & arms inches from my face. Just a usual everyday day like everyone has. When I got home about midnight I looked in the mirror & saw a speck of blood under my eye, next to my nose. I started to think what “if” “maybe” at some point during the day someone cut themselves & flung the injury (maybe hand) & blood flew out of them into my eyes or into one of my mucus membranes or maybe someone had a cut already & flung that injury & blood flew out into one of my mucus membranes or someone cut themselves & blood squirted out into one of my mucus membranes. Maybe while friends were cutting up food this happened or some other time during the day. So became paranoid what if it wasn’t my blood as I couldn't see where it had come from & I hadn't shaved for 1 week, & started to think what if it was someone else’s blood and what if that blood had gone into my eyes or one of my mucus membranes or infected me some other way. I don't remember seeing anyone cut themselves during the day or seeing anything like this happen but of course I am not watching everybody at every single second during the day
